To stay on the Simple Step Balance Beam longer than your opponent.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One Simple Step Balance Beam
Lots of mattresses and foam pieces
Two pool noodles
On top of some mattresses and foam pieces place a Simple Step Balance Beam.
Give each player a pool noodle.
Players begin on either side of the Balance Beam.
They meet in the middle and attempt to push each other off the Balance Beam.
-Questions & Notes:
Be sure playing area is safe when players fall off the Balance Beam.
