To be the quickest team to roll a player from one end of playing area to the other on top of pool noodles

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Locomotor

    • Push​

    • Run

-Equipment List:

  • 15 half-length pool noodles for teams of five players

-Setting Up:

  • Assign a start and end line.

  • Teams of five players place their pool noodles on the ground--each noodle beside the next.

  • One player lays on the pool noodles with feet up in the air. One player holds the feet.


  • On the signal to begin, teams determine how quickly they can roll their player to the end line.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Players with longer hair should hold their hair so it does not get caught in the rollers.
