Rope Pull Balance

-Objective:

Heading 1

Be the player who does not lose their balance.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Locomotor

    • Balance​

-Equipment List:

  • One rope about 2-3 paces long

  • One pool noodle per player

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Players kneel about one pace apart from each other with their heals on a pool noodle.

  • Each player holds the very end of a rope.

-Instructions:

  • When the players are ready they each gather the rope till it is tight between the two players.

  • They then attempt to have the other player loose balance by pulling or loosening the rope--though both players have to always be holding the rope.
