For throwers hitting other players with the ball so that they join the throwing team (from a seated position)
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
For every 10 players have about three ITs
Each It gets one hula hoop and one soft ball--I like the oversized tennis balls the best as they travel well and do not hurt when a player is hit.
About one oversized tennis ball for each player.
Players have a start line and an end line (for safety sake ensure the lines are at least 3-5 paces from any wall).
The throwers spread out in the playing area and stand in their hoop and hold a ball.
On the throwers signal to begin, the runners attempt to run across the playing area without getting hit by a ball.
If players are hit by a ball they sit down at the spot they were hit.
Once all players have crossed to the other side, the leader gives the hit players a ball. Throwers retrieve their balls.
Continue play back-and-forth till there is only one (or no runners) left.
Play again with new throwers beginning.

Play mini games with one or two players as throwers and five to ten players running.
Give throwers more than one ball (perhaps two or three)
