For teams of three to four attempt to move a player quickly down the floor by creating a ladder of floppy pool noodles.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
Three half-length pool nooldes per groups of four players.
Establish a start and end line (could be the same line so that players go to one end of the playing area and then back).
Players stand behind the start line.
Three players hold a half-length pool noodle.
On the signal to begin the players holding the pool noodles lay them on the floor in a ladder position and the one "walking" player stands on the first noodle with one foot, then the next noodle with the other foot...
Once the "walking" player has stepped off a noodle that player holding that noodle moves it to the front of the ladder to provide another rung for the "walking" player to step on to.
Determine which group can do this the fastest?
