For pairs of players not to get tagged by a pair of ITs
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One half-length pool noodle for each pair of players plus one for each IT (maybe one IT per 6-8 pairs of players)
Players pair up and hold either end of a half-length pool noodle.
Players are in a scattered position throughout the playing area.
About one pair out of every 6-8 pairs gets an extra one or two half-length pool noodles--These are for the ITs.
The leader assigns a movement pattern (gallop, run, leap....)
The ITs try to tag another pair of players. When successful the tagged players become the new ITs.
-Questions & Notes:
Players that are tagged do some kind of activity.
Questions for Understanding:
How can ITs most effectively tag other players?
How can not-ITs most effectively avoid getting tagged?
