Executing three different types of lunges.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
Players stand with feet shoulder width apart to begin three different lunges
Three different lunges:
Walk back and forth with one leg performing a lunge on either leg each time.
Lunge forward and then add a twist--repeat a set number of times and then do the same on the other side.
Side lunge by slightly wider stance and dropping butt to either side.
