-Instructions:

  • On the leader’s signal to begin players run around the outside of the square created by the outside four pylons, while pushing their stability ball. Players all move counter-clockwise.

  • Players try to tag the ball of the players in front of them. When this happens the tagged player moves to the inside circle and as more players arrive in the inner circle they move counter-clockwise and try tag the ball of the player in front of them. When they succeed the tagged player rejoins the outside circle.

  • After a set time, the leader calls out, “Stop.” At that point players count the number of times they moved from the outside circle to the inside circle and back and forth. The player who moved the fewest times is the winner.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Pool Noodle Pursuit Tag: Played like Pursuit Tag with the exception that each player propels their ball forward with one hand and holds a long pool noodle in the other. When they touch a player ahead of them with the pool noodle that player moves into the other circle.
