To get as many balloons as possible to land on the floor inside the opponent’s court within 2 minutes.

Place participants on the court (from the net to the attack line–back line in this game) as indicated on the illustration.

Give each participant a balloon.
-Instructions:

At the signal to begin, all players hit the balloons with any part of their body in an effort to get the balloon over the net.

If a balloon hits the ground inside a team’s court the other team gets a point.

If a balloon hits the ground outside a defending team’s court that team gets a point.

In order to prevent ankle injuries do not allow players to jump. Be sure posts are properly padded.

Have a few extra balloons on hand in case some break.

Variations:
-
Short Balloon Volleyball: Play this game the same way as Short Volleyball but using 1 balloon instead and only 1-2 players per side. Service can be delivered from anywhere in the small court but must be hit up (no spike serves).

As a cool-down:

Limit the number of balloons to 1 or 2 per 4 participants to reduce the activity level.
