Foam Throw Race
To complete a course as quickly as possible by throwing a piece of foam and doing an activity each time.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One piece of foam (a part of a pool noodle, a part of a sponge...)
Create a start line and an end line.
Players, each holding a similar sized piece of foam, stand behind the start line.
On the leader's signal to begin players toss their piece of foam as far forward as possible.
Players then run to their foam, for a prescribed activity (situps, jumping jacks...), pick up their piece of foam, and throw it as far forward as possible....
Continue till players cross the end line.
Players try to best their time or each other.
