Forearm Relay Race
Teams of three attempt to race while completing forearm volleyball passes as set number of times.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One volleyball for each team of three players.
Set up teams of three players each.
Set up two lines (for example, either side of a volleyball court) and position two players (one holding the volleyball) on one side and one player on the other side.
On the signal to begin the first player forearm passes the ball to self across the playing area.
When the first player reaches the other side, the next player does the same.
Continue for a set number of rotations.
