Racquet to Wall
To hit the ball against a wall with three challenges (off bounce, in air, with partner)--pickleball or tennis.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One racquet (pickleball or tennis) per player.
Each player hold a ball and a racquet and stands 4-8 paces from a wall--depending on challenge.
Players strike the ball meeting various challenges:
Hit ball after one bounce on ground.
Hit ball in the air.
Hit ball off the wall to a partner with one bounce off ground.
