To count how many laps a ball can go around the parachute in a set time.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
Up and Down
One parachute per group of 10-15 players
Everyone stands around their parachute and holds the parachute with both hands in front of them.
Players alternate putting their hands on the ground to lifting their hands above their heads in an organized manner which allows the parachute to move in a wave-like manner which pushes the ball around the parachute.
Players will need to control the speed of the ball to get the most laps without the ball rolling off the parachute.
If the ball rolls off they should throw the ball back on and continue counting their laps.
-Questions & Notes:
To get the maximum warm-up benefit make sure players put their hands on the ground and then above their heads.
