  • One ball

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Everyone stands around their parachute and holds the parachute with both hands in front of them.

  • Players alternate putting their hands on the ground to lifting their hands above their heads in an organized manner which allows the parachute to move in a wave-like manner which pushes the ball around the parachute.

  • Players will need to control the speed of the ball to get the most laps without the ball rolling off the parachute.

  • If the ball rolls off they should throw the ball back on and continue counting their laps.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Instructional tip:

    • To get the maximum warm-up benefit make sure players put their hands on the ground and then above their heads.
