Players learn three different lunges

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-Locomotor

  • Lunges

-Setting Up:

  • Players are in a scattered location with sufficient distance from other players.


  • Three different lunges are done for a set time or set number of repititions.

  • Walking lunge forward and backward.

  • Forward lunge with a twist after the lunge.

  • Sideways, drop your butt lunge.
