For groups of players to repeat exercises as they have been led by other group members.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
Perhaps one bean bag
Groups of 5-10 players stand in a circle.
One of the players has a bean bag at their feet.
The first player does a set exercise a set number of times (perhaps 5 times each).
That player kicks the bean bag to another player.
The whole group repeats the first exercise and then the new player with the bean bag adds an exercise and then kicks the bean bag to another player (who has not led the group yet).
Then the whole group repeats the first exercise, then the second exercise, and then the new player with the bean bag adds an exercise....

Players could focus on different fitness areas, such as: strength, endurance, flexibility, warm up, cool down...
