Score more goals than your opponent

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-locomotor

    • Push up​

-Equipment List:

  • One bean bag per pair of players

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Players pair up and face each other in a push up position about 1-3 body lengths apart.

  • One player has a bean bag.


  • On the signal to begin the player with the bean bag attempts to slide between their opponent's hands to score a point.

  • The opponent attempts to stop the bean bag and then tries to slide it between their opponent's hands to score a point.

  • Play for a pre-determined time limit or score.

-Questions & Notes:

  • It is easier to score if players are close together.

  • It is more difficult to score if players are further apart.

  • Players should adjust their distance to find it neither too easy or too hard.
