Explain to the competitors that the objective of the challenge is for each competitor to force their opponent to drop her bean bag, fall over, or unfold her arms.

  • One bean bag per pair of players.

-Setting Up:

  • Have each competitor place a bean bag or play ball between their knees, have them go into a squat position, and have them fold their arms across their chest

-Instructions:

  • Explain to the competitors that the objective of the challenge is for each competitor to force their opponent to drop her bean bag, fall over, or unfold her arms.

  • The one who succeeds at this is the winner.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Variation:

    • King of the Kangaroos.

      • This is Kangaroos as a group event.

      • Everyone goes into a central space, like a badminton court and everyone tries to get everyone else out.

      • Anyone who loses goes to the side until there is 1 “kangaroo” hopping.
