In a preset time for each team to either have the assigned Flip Frenzy pucks with colour up or down using only their feet.

-Setting Up:
Spread the Flip Frenzy pucks colour down throughout the playing area.
Assign one team to be colour up and the other to be colour down.
-Instructions:
At the signal to begin the players flip the pucks to colour up or colour down.
