In a preset time for each team to either have the assigned Flip Frenzy pucks with colour up or down without the use of feet or hands.
Set of Flip Frenzy Pucks
Heading 1
-Setting Up:
Spread the Flip Frenzy pucks colour down throughout the playing area.
Assign one team to be colour up and the other to be colour down.
-Instructions:
At the signal to begin the players flip the pucks to colour up or colour down.
