To slowly build trust with another player
One Blindfold
Heading 1
-Setting Up:
One player stands in the middle wearing a blindfold.
The leader stands behind the blindfolded player.
Another player stands behind the leader.
-Instructions:
The leader asks the blindfolded player to fall backwards with the leader catching about 10cm, them, 20cm, then 30cm back.
The leader then moves to the front of the blindfolded player and asks them to fall back 40cm without them knowing that there is another player ready to catch the blindfolded player should the blindfolded player trust and fall backwards.
