For a pair of players to carry a stability ball across a room without dropping it and without using their arms or hands
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One stability ball per pair of players
Paired players stand at one wall.
Each pair has a stability ball.
Players think of and count each unique way they can carry a ball between them without using their arms or hands (hands and arms can be used initially to get the ball in place).
Players must travel from one end of the room to the other, and then explore a different way to cross back.
The pair with the highest number of different ways to carry the ball wins the challenge.
-Questions & Notes:
To move the activity along, specify a time limit, such as three to five minutes.
To increase the activity level, specify that each crossing must take less than 10 seconds.
Have players demonstrate their most original carry.
