For players to stay safe being tagged by doing an Ostrich pose.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One half-length pool noodle per IT
Players are in a scattered position in the playing area.
One in ten or so players are IT and are given a half-length pool noodle with which to tag other players.
On the signal to begin the ITs try to tag other players.
All players move about the playing area by hopping.
If a tag is successful the the IT and the tagged player switch roles.
To be safe from being tagged, players must stand in a blanced position on one foot, with the other foot over the other knee held by the opposite hand, and the other hand holds the player's nose.
