-Equipment List:

  • Two gloves and one ball per pair of players.

-Setting Up:

  • Two players stand compfortable throwing distance apart.

  • One player holds a ball.

-Instructions:

  • Players through the ball back and forth to each other.

  • The velcro lining of the glove makes catching much easier.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Make more simple/difficult.

  • Decrease the distance between players to make this challenge easier.

  • Increase the distance between players to make this challenge more difficult.
