To successfully catch a You Fo rings tossed by a partner and move further from your partner.

-Equipment List:
Two You Fo Sticks and one ring per pair of players
-Equipment Link:
-Setting Up:
Players partner up and stand 5 paces apart, each holding a You Fo stick, one holding a You Fo ring.
-Instructions:
When players are ready, the player with the stick and ring tosses the ring to using a piston like arm movement with one arm pulling and the other arm pushing.
The receiving player attempts to absorb the ring as it is caught on the stick.
If the throw and catch is successful, each player takes a step back--trying to move further from their partners.
If the throw and catch is unsuccessful, each player takes a step forward--making it easier to succeed.
