To successfully catch a You Fo rings tossed by a partner

Two You Fo Sticks and one ring per pair of players
-Equipment Link:
-Setting Up:
Players partner up and stand 10 to 15 paces apart, each holding a You Fo stick one holding a You Fo ring.
-Instructions:
When players are ready, the player with the stick and ring tosses the ring to using a piston like arm movement with one arm pulling and the other arm pushing.
The receiving player attempts to absorb the ring as it is caught on the stick.
