To determine how long two balls can be balanced one atop the other

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Manipulative Retain

  • Balance

-Equipment List:

  • Two Omnikin balls--other balls will also work

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Each player is located in a scattered position in playing area

  • Each player is given two Omnikin balls


  • On the leader's signal to begin the players attempt to how long they can keep one ball balanced on top of the other ball.

  • Make it more challenging by not permitting players to move their feet.
