Up and Down With Ball Dribble

In a preset time for each team to either have the cones upside or upside-down

One basketball (or other bouncing ball) per player

At least 24 half- cones

-Setting Up:

Give half of the cones to each team.

Define one team as the upside team the other the upside-down team
-
Give one basketball to each player.
-Instructions:

At the signal to begin the players place their cone on the ground.
-
Then the players dribble to other cones that are flipped for the other team and flip them for their team.
-
Players cannot flip the same cone without flipping another one first.

Subs: If there are not enough balls to go around have extra players stand on the edge of the playing area. Once a player has flipped one cone that player dribbles the ball to the sidelines and gives the ball to a waiting player.
