For two players to count as many successive passes they can do in one minute
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One stability ball per pair of players
Players sit parallel to each other about one to three paces apart and face opposite directions. Their knees are bent and their heels are on the ground.
One of the players holds a ball along her side on the ground as far away from her partner as possible.
On your signal to begin, both players lift their hands off the ground.
The player with the ball pulls it across her body and passes it to her partner.
If the hand of either player touches the ground, they must begin their pass count again at zero.
The pair who makes the most successive passes in one minute wins.
-Questions & Notes:
Allow a bounce after each pass.
The farther players are from each other, the more challenging the activity is.
To make this activity more challenging, players may have only their buttocks on the ground (heels are also off the ground).
Use a BalastTM Ball to make this activity even more challenging
