Players attempt to toss their Flip Frenzy Puck as close to the target as possible.
Fundamental Skills

Throw
One Flip Frenzy Puck per player (if teams have each of the teamates have the same colour).
-Setting Up:
One player is given a target (poly spots works great), and each player is give one Flip Frenzy.
-Instructions:

-Questions & Notes:
The players holding the target tosses it safely in a direction and distance of their choosing.
Players then take turns to toss their Flip Frenzy closest to the target.
The one that is closest gets to toss the target for the next round.
