For players to determine how an object can be and still be able to kick it with one foot and land on two feet.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One bean bag
One length of rope
Tie a bean bag to a rope.
Toss the bean bag over a rafter/basketball support bars... so that the bean bag hangs about shoulder height.
Players attempt to kick the beanbag with one foot.
If players are successful pull the rope to heighten the bean bag and have players determine who is able to kick the bean bag at the highest point.
