One player leans against a ball that is between him and the wall. This player sits with his feet on the floor and knees bent at a 90-degree angle to the floor. Tell players to keep their knees behind their feet.
-
The other player sits on a stability ball opposite the first player approximately 3 to 4 yards or meters away. This player holds another stability ball.
-Instructions:
On your signal to begin, players begin passing the ball back and forth to each other using one bounce and counting each catch.
Pairs try to get as many catches as they can in the set amount of time.
Players switch positions roles and try again
-Questions & Notes:
Distant Seated Bounces: Played the same as Seated Bounces except that players are farther apart and use a larger ball. You could also make two bounces mandatory for each throw.
No-Bounce Seats: Played the same as Seated Bounces except that players cannot let the ball hit the floor.
