The King bumps the ball into play.
From there, if the ball lands on the floor in someone's square play stops, that player goes to the number 1 square and other players move up one square filling the vacated spot.
It the ball goes out of bounds and lands in no-one's square, the person who last passed it goes to the number one square and other players move up one square filling the vacated spot.
Balls must be passed at least one-metre above the players' heads.
