To successfully send and catch You Fo rings tossed by partners.

Two You Fo Sticks and two rings per pair of players
-Setting Up:
Players partner up and stand 10 to 15 paces apart, each holding a You Fo stick and a You Fo ring.

When players are ready, both players simultaneously tosses the ring using a piston like arm movement with one arm pulling and the other arm pushing.
The receiving players attempts to absorb the ring as it is caught on the stick.
