-Setting Up:

A server and a receiver are on the court in a single’s position. 
- 
The remaining players line-up behind the court. 
-Instructions:
- 
Use regular rules except that once a players hit the ball they must exit the court on their right side and go to the opposite court. 
- 
The serving side should begin with the server and at least 2 people waiting on the endline to come onto the court. 
- 
The other side should have a receiver and at least 1 player waiting on the endline to come onto the court. 
- 
Players rotate counter-clockwise and try to maintain a rally as long as possible.

Safety considerations: - 
Make sure there is not debris (extra balls or clothing items) laying around that might cause a player to slip when running to the other side of the court.

Instructional tips: - 
The higher the bird the more time team mates have time to get onto the court and play a successful return shot. 
 
-

As a cool-down: - 
Works well as a cool-down. 
- 
Using more players than 5 will slow the pace down if going with 5 is too vigorous.
