-Setting Up:
Set up a square with four courts (use markers as needed).
Each square should be about 3-4 paces wide.
Players each stand in a square.
One player is given the ball--that player is labeled in the number 1 square.
Number the other player squares clockwise 2, 3, and 4.
-Instructions:
The player with the ball forearm passes the ball a reasonable height to a player in another square.
If the pass goes outside the large square or lands inside the player`s own square that player moves to the number 4 square, all other players move one square over counter-clockwise, and the player in the number 1 square holds the ball and resumes play.
If the pass were to land in another small square, the player in that square attempts to forearm pass the ball a reasonable height to a player in another square...
Players in the number 1 square attempt to stay there as long as possible, while the other players attempt to dislodge a player ahead of them and closer to the number 1 square.
