-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One volleyball net
Six to nine players stand on either side of a volleyball net on their side of the volleyball court.
One player from one team holds a volleyball.
On the ball holder's signal to begin, the ball is tossed over to the other team.
One player from the other team will catch the ball. This player may not move with the ball but needs to toss it to another player on the same team.
This player tosses it to another player on the same team.
The third player tosses it over the net in a place that has a high potentical of landing on the opponent's floor.
