Players stand in a circle.

All players walk on the spot.

The first player begins punting with number 1, the next player (counter clockwise) says number 2...
-
The first time a player needs to say number with a 7 (7, 17, 27...) or a multiple number of 7 (7, 14, 21....) then that player says "Ping." And the counting resumes in the opposite direction (clockwise).
-
All players jog on the spot
-
The next time the number has a 7 or is a multiple of 7 then the player does not say the number but says "Pong." And the counting resumes in the opposite direction and all players walk.
-
If a player makes a mistake they run around the circle once.
-
Counting begins anew with 1, 2... at the place the error took place.
