For two players to see how many consecutive bounce passes they can make in a set amount of time. Oe how far apart they can sit and complete one, two, three... bounces.

Three stability balls per pair of players

-Setting Up:
Each payer sits on a stability ball opposite each other approximately 3 to 4 yards or meters away. One player holds another stability ball.
-Instructions:
On your signal to begin, players begin passing the ball back and forth to each other using one bounce and counting each catch.
Pairs try to get as many catches as they can in the set amount of time.
Players switch positions and roles and try again
Or try to move further apart and get one, two, three... four bounces.
-Questions & Notes:
Distant Seated Bounces: Played the same as Seated Bounces except that players are farther apart and use a larger ball. You could also make two (or more) bounces mandatory for each throw.
No-Bounce Seats: Played the same as Seated Bounces except that players cannot let the ball hit the floor.
