-Setting Up:

  • Have teams line up behind a starting line with a towel and a ball lying in front of the first player in line.

  • Set up a cone in front of each team, approximately 5 to 10 paces from the starting line.

-Instructions:

  • On your signal to begin, the first player of each team puts both hands on the towel and pushes the stability ball with his head around the cone and back to the starting line.

  • When the first player crosses the starting line, he gives the ball to the second player, who completes the obstacle course. The same process occurs for the remaining players.

  • While the players are pushing their balls around the cones, the rest of the team members do a cleaning-the-window action with their hands as they cheer their sweepers on.

  • When the final player crosses the starting line, he gives the ball to the first player again, and the team sits quietly in a line behind the first player.

  • The team that finishes the relay and sits down first wins.

-Questions & Notes:

  • To reduce wait times for the players and to make the pushing position easier, shorten the course and have the teams go through the course twice.
