Score points by crossing the tank trap safely.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Locomotor

    • Run

  • Manipulative Send

    • Throw

-Equipment List:

  • For two teams of eight players:

    • 9 pylons​

    • 8 oversized foam tennis balls

-Setting Up:

  • Set up zones with pylons about 10 paces from a wall and about 3 paces wide each. 

    • One player stands between each zone, 10 paces from the wall.​

  • Eight other players stand at the beginning of the first zone, and stand near the wall.​


  • Players run across the tank trap and score a point if they get all the way across without getting hit by a foam ball. 

    • If successful they score a point for their team.​

    • Once a ball has been thrown the throwers retrieve their balls and get behind the 10 pace spot and prepare to throw again.

  • When a player successfully crosses the eight zones or gets hit by a ball the next player in line tries.
