-Setting Up:
Set up a court approximately 5-8 paces wide (a badminton court from side to side works)
Two teams of 2-3 players line up on opposite side of the court, each team holding one beanbag or ball.
Place a hula hoop in the middle of the playing area.
-Instructions:
When the players are ready they begin to toss the beanbag, or roll the ball, in attempting to land the beanbag or ball in the hoop.
When a team is successful they flip the hoop once towards their team--making it easier for their team's next throw/roll and more challenging for the other team.
Once a team flips the hoop all the way to their side of the playing area that team scores a point. The hoop is then returned to the middle of the playing area and play resumes.
Determine which team can score the most points in the set time limit.
