  • One Soccer Ball per player.

Jugglers

-Equipment Link:

-Setting Up:

  • Each player has a ball in an open area.

-Instructions:

  • A player drops a ball to her feet and kicks the ball back up to herself.

  • She continues to keep the ball up as long as possible using any parts of her body but her arms and hands–for beginning players allow 1 bounce on the ground between kicks.

-Questions & Notes:

  • Variations:

    • Group juggle: Instead of a single juggler put 2-5 jugglers together using 1 ball. The group tries to see how many successive kicks can be made before ball lands on the ground. Jugglers can kick the ball to themselves a maximum of 3 times before passing the ball to another juggler.

    • Alternate thigh to foot to thigh....
