Split Triangle Run

Players stand in a triangle formation approximately 5 paces apart (P1, P2, P3).
-
P1 has a soccer ball.
-Instructions:
-
P1 passes the ball to P2 and then runs between P2 and P3.

P2 passes the ball to P3 and then runs between P3 and P1.
-
P3 passes the ball to P1 and then runs between P1 and P2.
-
Repeat sequence till the group has travelled once around the field.

Free Throw Split Triangle Run: Same as Split Triangle Run but players use a free-throw instead of a pass. Players should be around 10 paces apart for this activity. Receiving players should trap the ball (not catch it with their hands).
