Circle Pass to Same Player and Run
To effectively pass the ball to the desired positions without letting the ball touch the floor; and then run quickly to get in position.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
One volleyball for five to eight players.
Players stand in a circle about a pace or two apart from their neighbouring players.
One player holds the ball.
Players do a run through without the ball so they know who they are going to pass the ball across the circle to--perhaps throw the ball once through without anyone running.
The first player then sets the ball across the circle to their targetted player, and then runs around the circle to get ready to receive a pass.
Play as long as possible.
