Each team tries to get to the turning line and back to the start line as quickly as possible while pushing a LowDozer or towel

One LowDozer (or towel) per teams of 2-3 players.

-Setting Up:

Establish a start line and a turning line (i.e. volleyball court using the service line as a start line and the center line as the turning line).

Line up teams behind the start line.
-Instructions:

Each team lines up behind the start line.
-
Each team is given a towel.
-
On the signal to start the first player in line pushes the towel to the turning line and back to the start line as quickly as possible.
-
When they return the next player goes until everyone from the team has completed their run.

Can repeat several times.

When using a towel make sure players have their hands well inside the towel to avoid any floor burns.

When using a towel this relay is also an effective way to quickly sweep the court floor :)
