Complete a set of exercises (repeated 10 times each) before the other team.

-Fundamental Movement Skills:

  • Non-Locomotor

    • Jumping Jacks​

    • Lifts

    • Push Ups

    • Up and Down

-Setting Up:

  • Players line up behind each other behind a starting line.

  • A demonstration line is marked 10 paces in front of each team.


  • At the signal to start the first player runs to the demonstration line and does 1 exercise 10 times–the rest of the team does the same exercise 10 times with the demonstrator.

  • When the demonstrator is finished the 10 exercises the demonstrator goes to the back of the line and the next player runs to the demonstration line and does a different exercise 10 times.

  • Repeat for as many players per team–each demonstrator cannot use an exercise previously used by someone from the team.

    • May want to list the exercises available, but allow for some creative and new exercises to be developed.
