Define a playing area–for 20 players a volleyball court is about right.
-Instructions:

Players distribute themselves around the court, and one player is designated as the IT.

When the IT tags a player, the player must kneel on one knee and hold up an arm at a 90-degree angle.
-
The down-players can be freed when other players “flush the toilet”–push the down-player’s hand down.

The toilet stands up and turns around once and resumes play

The flusher washes her hands and resumes play

Players need to keep their heads up so that they do not run into each other.
