One rubber chicken (or other item) for teams of 4-6 players

Team lines up in a row with players facing the back of the player in front of them.
-Instructions:

The player in the front passes the ball over her head to the player behind her.
-
The next player in line passes the ball between his legs to the player behind him.
-
The over and under pattern continuous till the ball gets to the player at the back of the line.

The player in the back of the line passes the ball forward over the head of the player in front of her.

The next player in line passes the ball between the legs of the player in front of him.
-
The over and under pattern continues till the ball gets to the player at the front of the line.

Repeat the whole process for a specified number of times and see how quickly the teams can do it.

Team Over-under:
-
Divide the group in half.
-
One team stands in a tight circle with one player holding the ball.
-
The player with the ball throws the ball anywhere in the gymnasium.
-
The player then runs around her group in the tight circle.
-
The other team runs to get the ball and stand in line facing the back of the teammates in front of them.
-
The first player who gets the ball puts it over his head to the player behind him.
-
The nest player puts the ball between her legs to the player behind him.

Play continues over and under all the players until the last player gets it and yells, “STOP.”

At the command to stop the team that was running the circles counts the number of laps their runner completed.

The team that was in the line moves into a tight circle and throws the ball.

Repeat several times to see which group can get the most cumulative laps.

Continuous Over and Under
-
Once the front player passes the ball she runs to the back of the line.

Other players follow, first passing the ball and then running to the back of the line.

Repeat for 10 complete rotations and see how quickly a team can do this.

This game can also be done passing forwards.
