One parachute per group of 10-15 players

All the players stand outside of the parachute and hold onto the outer edge with their right hands.
-Instructions:

The leader calls for different ways of moving as a team and the team follows the instructions while holding the parachute.

For example everyone: jogs, hops on one foot, takes lunge steps, or hops on two feet.

Safety considerations:

Do not let the team go too fast or people may fall and get hurt.

Instructional tips:
-
The whole team has to work at the same pace to make the movements work.

As a cool-down:
-
Works well but make sure speed of movements is not fast.
