Push Ups--Two Active Versions
For players to complete a set number (or time) of two different pushups.
-Fundamental Movement Skills:
Players begin in a push up position--either on toes or kness.
Players do one or both of these push ups for a number of repititions or for a set amount of time:
Double Knee: Both knees are pulled to chest and then back to starting position...
Mountain Climber: One knee is pulled to chest and then back to starting position as other knee is drawn to chest....
